Articles published in the web version and print edition of the New Yorker (or on their website) can be viewed here, via our database Academic Search Complete. The articles will not contain images or links, but they will be full text. Coverage runs from 2004 to present.

You can also view historical articles from the New Yorker via HathiTrust here. Coverage runs from 1925 to 1939. UNM holds physical copies of select print issues; you can see our holdings here. Coverage runs from ~1939 to 2021, with some gaps.

Articles outside of our subscription range or holdings can be requested via Interlibrary Loan.

Note: The title of articles in the New Yorker are often changed between the article's publication on the website, and the publication in the print edition of the magazine. You can usually see both titles when searching for the article on the New Yorker's website, even with the paywall; you can also search for articles in our database by the author's name.
