Q. How can I access articles from The Atlantic?

Articles published in the web version of The Atlantic (or on their website) can be viewed here, through our database NewsBank. Full coverage runs from 2006 to present. 

You can also view articles published in the print edition of The Atlantic through NewsBank here. Coverage runs from 1994 to present.

You can view historical articles (1857 to ~1921, 1983 to 1994) through a number of our databases. Click the red "Access journal" button on the righthand side of this page to view which databases cover which years. UNM holds physical copies of select print issues; you can see our holdings here. Coverage runs from ~2004 to 2020, with some gaps.

Articles outside of our subscription range can be requested via Interlibrary Loan.
