Yes, we send notices from no-reply@oclc.org to your @unm.edu email address. For community borrowers and others not affiliated with UNM, we send the notices to the email address included on your account. Please check this email regularly. It is ultimately your responsibility to know when your library materials are due.
The types of notices we send include:
- Courtesy notices – Reminder that book is due soon, and directions on how to renew items.
- Overdue notices – Notification that the book is overdue, and needs to be returned or renewed immediately.
- Billing notice – The book has not returned in a timely manner and the library is considering it lost.
- Hold notices – These are sent if you have a UNM Library book waiting for you to pick up.
