The Adobe Creative Commons, located in the east end of Zimmerman Library’s Learning Commons, offers training and support for UNM faculty, staff, and students working on digital media projects including:

 

Equipment to check out: 

  • Photo and video recording equipment, including Canon cameras, 3 Axis Gimbal, zoom lenses, and tripods 

  • Audio recording equipment, including two channel recorders and boom mics 

  • Mobile green screen kit 

  • LED lighting packages 

  • Additional monitors for dual screen editing and video monitoring 

  • Hard drives for data and project management (Mac/PC compatible) 

 

Spaces: 

  • Adobe Creative Commons hosts various high-powered machines already equipped with the Creative Cloud 

  • Sound proof recording booths with high quality audio recording equipment available to reserve 

  • Secluded editing bays with high powered machines with dual screen set-up and the Adobe CC, available to reserve 

  • Group viewing stations for collaborative projects 

  

Training and Support: 

  • Walk in trainings and support available in the Adobe Creative Commons, Mon-Fri 

  • One on one training and troubleshooting available via video chat and email 

  • Tutorials and guides for various Adobe applications 

  • Workshops for faculty and classes 

  • Training and workshops for field recording equipment
