Q. How can I find a journal's Impact Factor rating?

Companies and organizations rank academic journals using proprietary algorithms.

To find the Citation Report in the database Web of Science:

• Start at library.unm.edu
• Click on Databases
• Click on the W database tile from the buffet of A-Z tiles
• Scroll down and click Web of Science (either one is fine)
  • You will need to enter your NetID and password if you're off campus
• Click Journal Citation Reports  located under Products near the top right corner of the page
• Browse by journal title, publisher, country, and more
