Q. Can I return books to another library?

Yes, books checked out from a main campus library can be returned at any central campus library, even if you did not check them out from that specific library.

We ask that all regular returns be placed in one of our indoor or outdoor book drops. Check out our FAQ for book drop locations. InterLibrary loans should be returned at the library's service desk, not put in a book drop.

North campus library books (Health Sciences Library & Informatics Center and School of Law Library) may also be returned to main campus service desks

Branch campus library books (Taos, Valencia, etc.) should be returned to the library you check them out from.
