Zimmerman Library has portable chargers and power station portable chargers (these can support large devices such as laptops) available for check out at the service desk. You can plug your own cords into the portable chargers or we have cords available for checkout at the service desk. Cords include: USB c, Lightening, and micro USB.
Miscellaneous older types of laptop chargers are also offered, check with the service desk to see if we can accommodate your laptop.
Zimmerman also has fully charged MacBooks and PC laptops available for check out.
Check out periods for all of the above are limited to 3 hours and these items cannot leave the library.
Zimmerman has two secure charging lockers.
Locations:
- On the First Floor in the southeast section of the Learning Commons near the group study booths
- On the Basement Level in the central hall near classroom B30

- Electrical outlet

Note: Anything left overnight in the charging lockers may be sent to UNM Lost & Found.
Centennial Science & Engineering Library has a variety of charging cords available for checkout, including USB-C and Lightning. Cords check out for three days, and must be returned to the service desk.
