Q. How do I request a book chapter through ILL?

If you have the citation information, the quickest way is to:

• Start at library.unm.edu
• Click on the purple Interlibrary loan button
• Log in to your ILLiad account with your NetID and password
  • Note: If this is your first time accessing ILLiad, you will need to enter personal information first
• Under the New Request dropdown menu at the top of the page, click Book Chapter
• Fill in the form
  • Tip: you can search the library's catalog to find citation information about the book and chapter
• Click the Submit Request button at the bottom of the page
• We'll let you know via email if we're able to get the book chapter
