To troubleshoot logging in to databases, journals, Interlibrary Loan, and Library Account for checked out items using your Net ID and password:

 

Community Borrowers

To troubleshoot logging in to your library account:

  • Start at the library.unm.edu
  • Click the red Renew My Books button
  • Click Community Borrowers - Log in with Barcode option
  • Click blue set/reset password link
  • Check your email for a link to follow to reset password
  • Contact us

*Note: Your library account password is not necessarily your NetID password. You may choose your own.

  1. If you get an an error message from EBSCO, you can try resetting your connection by using this link: http://search.ebscohost.com/RemoveCookie.aspx?d=N&cn=webauth

    And then starting over from library.unm.edu
