Q. How can I find textbooks?

Follow the instructions below but keep in mind that generally we do not buy textbooks for our collections. 

To search for electronic or print copies of textbooks:

• Start at library.unm.edu
• Click on search WorldCat Discovery instead.
• Enter title of textbook in search box
• Investigate possible match:
  • Verify edition
  • Scroll to Explore Editions & Formats

• Check the course reserves to check if your professor has placed a print copy on reserve.
• Check with the UNM Bookstore 

*Note: In general, the University Libraries do not purchase textbooks.

*Note: Our Interlibrary Loan department does not fulfill requests for textbooks for many reasons.
